clean cars is a problem that we can tackle in five years if we go at it in the right way , we are looking for answers in the wrong places . electric cars will only help when they are self charging , the question is what do wedo with allthe cars that we already have on the roads today , no in new cars , conversion and not exclusion is the way forward for our transportation industry .
